Before I go to Sleep had its twists and turns and thrilling moments but overall it was a below average film. The premise is neat, a women wakes up every morning forgetting everything about her life and tries to slowly piece her life back together.
There are some intriguing moments and some fun plot twists but most of them are foreseeable and not carried out in the best way possible. It can be slow moving at times and to jolt the viewer back in they throw a couple jump scares that are pretty worthless.
The acting was solid but the plot needed a little more to make it top notch. The ending was satisfying and touching but it couldn't make up for a very mediocre film.
