'Before I go to Sleep' is a suspense thriller that will keep on the edge of your seats until the end.

The moveis stars Nicole Kidman, who plays a women suffering from amnesia, Colin Firth (The King's Speech) play's Kidman's husband, who she's not sure she can trust, and Mark Strong plays Kidman's psychologist. He serves as Kidman's guider and protector.

At the beginning of the movie, Christine Lucas, played by Kidman, wakes up disoriented in bed to a man she can't remember. As she walks into the bathroom, there are pictures on the wall of her with this man in the bed. As she turns around, Ben, played by Firth, explains to her that he's her husband, and she was in an accident 15 years ago that causes her to lose her memory every time she wakes up the following morning.

After Ben leaves for work, Christine receives a call from Dr. Nash (Strong) who tells her to look in the closet for a video camera. Nash advises her to record her thoughts every night before she goes to sleep. We later learn this is to help conger up memories from Christine's past to help solve the mystery of what happen to her.

As the moves progresses, we see flashbacks of Christine's past, she bumps into old friends, gets very suspicious of everyone around her, and learns of other heart-breaking things she didn't know about her past.

Kidman gives one of her best performances, as an amnesiac lost in her own world. Mark Strong gives a decent performance as her caring psychologist trying to cure her. 'Before I go to Sleep' is a suspense thriller that will make your heart race, it will force you to not trust any characters, and it will make you hold on to the edge of your seats till the bitter end.

Over 4/4 Stars. Excellent.
