Review of Before I Disappear (2014) by Josh F — 11 Jan 2016
This is an excellent indie film, a family drama working its way though the two characters - sister and brother - via their own divergent demons through the sisters 11 year old gifted insightful daughter and his niece.
She tempers his self-destructive seesaw as it slowly turns into a redemption. It us also a good look at the chaotic nightlife world these days which plays like the blur it is. The bottom line is a sobering look at love and what it can do - IF you can just let it.
Remember "Chestnut" not once, but twice, second time bliss.
