Review of Beetlejuice (1988) by Jack B — 09 May 2012
Burton introduces the afterlife as an extension of the tedium of existence and does so with class, comedy and likable gothically influenced characters. Plus it features possibly, Keaton's best performance of his entire career as the vile and yet hilarious, BetelGeuse, who's seen the exorcist a hundred and sixty times and it keeps getting funnier every single time.
