Review of Beetlejuice (1988) by Derry M — 18 Oct 2012
Beetlejuice is appropriately creepy and has something for just about every type of movie goer, not to mention a great first effort by a soundly underrated team of Tim Burton's direction and Danny Elfman's composition, the team later responsible for the Nightmare Before Christmas.
Usually you cant make this type of movie out of stop motion, but all that pizzaz the film offered was right on key with how the film was supposed to flow.
