Not my favorite Burton movie, but definitely put him apart from other film makers. Keaton is extremely creepy and rather nasty as Beetlejuice. It works though with the sweet and innocent married couple who have to navigate being dead and trapped in their own home.
Burton has a thing with mixing the living with the dead, its imaginative and outlandish but it's Burton.
