Review of Beetlejuice (1988) by Noah Abraham G — 25 Oct 2012
"Beetlejuice" is a good-looking mess, a wholly inconsistent picture that never seems to strike a good balance between everything it tries to accomplish. It's often funny, but it grows annoying after awhile.
There are cool moments and designs, but it's rarely scary. Still, an interesting movie, and at least it leaves an impression.
