You can't teach an old dog new tricks and this third outing for loveable St. Bernard Beethoven just about proves it. In fairness, the film isn't all that bad and does deliver the occasional laugh; most effective are Michael Ciccolini and Jamie Marsh as Tommy and William, the inept villains of the piece.
