Review of Bee Movie (2007) by Wesley E — 30 Dec 2010
While there are a lot of pretty colors on display and a few laughs, this is not as enjoyable as any of the Pixar or many of the other DreamWorks movies. Jerry Seinfeld is occasionally funny and the animation involved in bringing the world of bees to life is sometimes imaginative.
The story itself plods along and any messages or moralities attempted to be passed along to the viewer are lost in the insignificant telling of the story.
