Review of Becoming Jane (2007) by Megan G — 03 Jun 2009
I enjoyed this movie, although not as much as the adaptations of her books. There were parts in the movie that were a bit slow, but I did like Anne Hathaway and James McAvoy. I didn't realize how sad her love life was! Quite tragic.
The reason that her and Tom could not be together was incredibly sad, but I think that it was inspiring for her for her novels. I didn't realize it, but neither she nor her sister ever married.
