Donât ever say I do not support chick flicks. Becoming Jane attempts to follow the previous film adaptations of Jane Austenâs literary work this time with a loosely based narrative on the life of the author herself.
To a certain degree, the film works as an homage. However, it lacks the depth and wit of Austen's writings.
