Review of Becoming Jane (2007) by Lauren G — 30 Jan 2010
I have no other choice but to call this movie remarkable. It has been in my disposition to despise and loathe this particular actress - Anne Hathaway. However, her acting here is splendid, particularly fitting to her character Jane Austen. I enjoyed the movie, and thanks to it - A.H. has now moved from the top-3 spot to being LAST on my 'most-disliked-actresses' list!
Apart from that, James McAvoy's looks definitely helped)).
