Review of Becket (1964) by Sanity Assassin ! — 15 Apr 2008
A fantastic movie with two excellent performances by the leads, with much wit and chicanery in the script, but just a bit too clever for the period in which it was set. If it is metaphorical, there's no real indication in the film that it is.
Very worthwhile seeing though.
