I have read Kate DiCamillo's book 'Win Dixie' my thoughts on the novel are it can be good but then it's just a dumb cliche'd dog story. Let's talk about the movie, so AnnaSophia Robb plays Opal a energetic cute girl who fines a dog at a supermarket, then her life changes when this dog is in her life.
Director Wayne Wang's direction is so visualized.
