Thought this was the greatest movie when I was younger. The film is based off of a prolonged routine by the great comic Robin Harris. While it has certainly lost it's charm over the last 18 years and is liberal about the exaggerated characters it uses, when it's funny, boy is it FUNNY.
Just don't be surprised when Bebe's Kids start straight jackin ;).
