It's exactly what it's supposed to be, a feature length version of the television show. I think the length really hurt it though, Beavis and Butt-Head is only effective in the brief increments that most episodes subject the audience to.
2 minutes of Beavis doing his Cornholio routine around his school is humorous. 75 minutes of it, with the addition of going cross-country in the process (though the stare-down with the Richard Nixon portrait was hilarious), just seems really drawn out.
Overall it was good though.
