Review of Beauty and the Beast (2017) by Secrets1X — 10 Apr 2017
Of all the live action Disney fairytale movies this is one of the best, up there with Maleficent and Cinderella. However, unlike Maleficent it was an exact retelling of the cartoon version so no surprises or innovation, and unlike Cinderella the lead actress seemed lost and non-emotive in some CG-heavy scenes.
Still, worth seeing and features great music.
