Review of Beautiful Thing (1996) by Martin D — 06 Jul 2007

Okay - not as good as I had hoped. I think (with me personally) I had a very hard time with the thick Aussie accents through it all -half the time I didn't know what was being said. I'd of put the subtitles on if they had any (but didn't).

I know both the play and this film version received a lot of praise critics and public alike. I liked - just was not all that special or over the top good - for me.
