It's clear from the opening act of Beasts of No Nation that Netflix received a gem. Set in an unnamed African country in the midst of a nation-wide war, the movie follows Agu, who in one heartbreaking scene goes from happy boy with a great family to a dangerous and armed child soldier.
Beasts of No Nation boasts a powerful story anchored by a strong cast that shouldn't be bypassed the next time you're streaming the queue.
