A modern take on the classic story "Beauty and the Beast", that captures present day life while enriching it with the magic and mystery of the past. The true diamond in the rough of this film has to be Harris, who delivers hilarious comments at just the right time and really helped carry this film.
It's a typical feel good tween love story but I enjoyed it never the less. And was it just me, I thought he looked way cute as the hideous monster.
