Review of Beastly (2011) by Peter D — 12 Nov 2011
This was your basic Beauty and the Beast type movie with a few twists to it. It was a good romance with some well placed humor, mostly from Neil Patrick Harris who was a great edition. Exceptional acting from the leads, Pettyfer and Hudgens, as they made this movie seem real.
As cliche as it was, the movie was still enjoyable from start to finish with very few boring moments. Better than I had expected and was a pleasant surprise. If you like light romances or creepy looking people, then this movie should certainly be interesting for you.
