Review of Bears (2014) by Gary K — 28 Apr 2014
I give it three stars for the cinematography, but beyond that it's just a dramatized nature documentary with no real substance. Much like the Disney "True Life" Adventures that preceded it, the film makes a rather sad attempt at creating drama and tension where there is none.
"Story" aside, the location is beautiful and the film does manage to capture some incredible footage of the Alaska wilderness.
