He's the true actor Rowan Atkinson mostly famous for the name "Mr Bean"....
Many say that he's a commedian...but no..in actual that guy is a "Silent Commedian"...which is according to me the true art of acting because then the person has to convey his emotions just through his acts..not even by his words..
And yes ... this is the only difference between a commedian and Mr Bean...moreover I dont think so that any other actors have flourished so well through silent commedy as Rowan did.......
ThumbsUp for this guy to bring out something new and very interesting in the big and as well as small screens!!!!!!!
