Not a bad outing for the Beanster. Like his TV series (and the other Bean movie, Mr Bean's Holiday) it's 10 x more funnier when Bean is left to his own devices. Once other people come into the equation and try to be as goofy as he is, things start to get less funny.
The bits with the painting and the washroom are classic. And it's all just Rowan Atkinson.
