Hilarious movie, though some of the jokes are used from the TV show Bean has enough plot and enough wacky Rowan Atkinson to make a funny movie. Why all of Atkinson's movies get low ratings, I have no clue.
This one is a classic and a definite watch for anyone who likes a good laugh.
