Michel Gondry created one of my favourite films, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind. This film was in the same vein, not everyone is perfect, accept that. It's never going to blow your mind, but it's a thought provoking question to the Hollywood movie industry, not everything needs to be blown up or involve a boy meets girl gets married comedy insues.
It's almost as if Gondry is saying goodbye to the golden age of Cinema. I really enjoyed this film, especially the jazz soundtrack, but it's not for everyone.
