Baywatch is a nice homage to the original show. Yes, there is R-rated humor as well as the traditional campy fun, but it works with the characters and situations that are presented to us. Is it going to win Best Picture - of course not, but no one should go in expecting it to.

This film's goal is to entertain and provide an escape, which it does with flying colors. When complaining about plot or realism please remember: you bought tickets for BAYWATCH - not TITANIC. (I know that the distinction may be difficult for some of you as both are water-based).
