The only reason that I'm not rating Baywatch lower is because at least it knows and embraces how dumb it is. You can tell there was some effort put in and it's not completely devoid of laughs/moments (especially with The Rock being charismatic as hell), but sloppiness does engulf the script, direction, editing, effects, and most characters.
