Only to be watched between seasons 3-4, but once you do it's great. By this point you're wondering how it could possibly get any better. This is a bit of a prequel, at least to the third season.
Don't watch this show out of order at all for any reason, and don't read up on it anywhere. Spoilers are more damaging for fans of this than for any other show I've seen.
