Review of Battlestar Galactica: Razor (2007) by Alan D — 16 Feb 2009

I cant review razor, with out first saying how brilliant battlestar galactica is. out on context people would pull up the shoddy sets and occasional over acting, but those who love the show will see it as a satisfying spin off.

that not only gives us a glimpse of the old school cylon centurions but another take on their development. if you no the show you will no its faults, but you will ignore them down too its ingenious narrative and gritty visual style.

the cast of the tv show are normally on better form and some of the cast in razor only appear in the show itself briefly anyway. and as for the sets, yes as I said some of it's a bit shoddy. but thats only because it was on a tighter budget and it was unlikely they would be used again.

do your selfs a favor don't go out and buy this without watching battlestar galactica from the beginning. this isn't the best example of it, and it wouldn't make much sense anyway. so check out the series and you will then appreciate this alot more.
