Review of Battleship Potemkin (1925) by Ryan F — 29 Oct 2007
An extremely poignant, cohesive silent film. I liked the modern orchestral adaptation, but the shift between the old footage and computerized, flawless dialogue excerpts was slightly irritating. A true classic that rests just below Metropolis on the silent film totem pole.
