Review of Battleship (2012) by Brandon C — 09 Jun 2013

I was in the mood for a big, dumb action movie and that is exactly what I got. The plot is insanely stupid and even for a culture that has accepted giant fighting robots and a Bruce Willis astronaut this movie stands out as amazingly silly.

But it is fun, despite the tie in, it really isn't about a damn board game, and if someone hadn't uttered the "Sank my battleship" like I could have forgotten that. The thing is, make sure you are in the mood for what this movie is, if you are it is enjoyable.

If you are wanting something with good acting and a good plot, find something else.
