Review of Battlefield Earth (2000) by Paulsifina K — 07 Aug 2010
Many people did not like Battlefield Earth, but for my life I can not understand how anyone can dislike such a deep and symbolic movie. From the opening credits the viewer is treated to a breathtaking cinematic experience.
John Travolta is frighteningly realistic as the extra terrestrial Ter, and is both meticulous methodical and educated. The movie was inviting and clever, but not complicated. It was a geological masterpiece that took from its surroundings what was needed, and made it something more.
