Just your typical "Asylum" film with horrible effects, nonsensical story and coming off as too serious at times to be funny. Although credit (or discredit) is due to getting actors that are familiar faces that were once popular years ago.
Either The Asylum dished out a large budget casting wise, or these people needed the work.
