Review of Battle of Britain (1969) by Stephan S — 04 Jul 2008
This was a good film about a battle that was, literally, a turning point in WWII. The special affects were a bit cheesy, but were typical for when the film was made(1969). The German bombers used were planes that survived WWII.
The M.E, 109's were post war vintage, borrowed from the Spanish Air Force (says so in the credits). It's a shame that there haven't been more movies made on this subject.
