Some pretty cool explosions are in this movie about Marines fighting aliens in L.A. It really is not a very interesting movie though. Performances are okay but the story is very basic and unimaginative.
Starship Troopers is a way more fun movie about a war with aliens. This film may make you thankful we have the marines in case there is ever an alien invasion.
