Review of Battle: Los Angeles (2011) by Zeph — 15 Mar 2011

This is a film that is certainly recommendable. The plot is full of action and intensity, followed by a shall we say "cooldown" periods where the intensity is dimmed down enough to thrust the story forwards.

These times are the only times when the story is being pushed forward, otherwise, it is nothing but fighting for an objective that you already know they are trying to achieve. This movie makes you feel the emotions of the characters, and Battle: LA has a lot of them.

Action sequences are also suspenseful and somewhat unpredictable. You will get entertainment out of this if you are the type who loves action. Oh, and one more thing, there is no romance in this action film, which is always a plus.
