Review of Battle in Seattle (2007) by Ethan R — 10 Dec 2010
Setting aside the rich-world naivete and futility of the anti-WTO group, this movie still isn't very strong. Too many scenes that are glaringly artificial and out of place, too many painful lines of dialogue, and too many poorly done slow close-up shots.
What I would say in defense of this film is that the protests deserve more coverage and intelligent discussion.
