The worst of the original apes movies.The story really seemed so pointless and unnecessary. Not sure how long this is set after the 4th film but all the apes can talk all of a sudden so im guessing quite a while? but then how is the main talking ape still alive?? Anyway some surviving apes and surviving humans fight it out is basically it for this film.
It does try to address the future events from the 1st two movies with the ending though giving hope that maybe they can be changed. Rubber masks are on standard of the previous few films so dated but at least mcdowall is still here :-).
