Review of Batman: Year One (2011) by Shane M — 22 Aug 2012
This is not for the uninitiated, you have to know quite a lot about the batman universe to realize who is who. I say this because people like harvey dent only show up for a minute, and more important characters like Cat woman are only on screen for 10 minutes total.
The only other major fault with this is that it is too short. This is barely above an hour long, that means a lot of the plot points feel glossed over.
It looks nice, but you probably won't get invested.
