Review of Batman vs. Robin (2015) by Kevin R — 29 Jun 2015
My son stole my batmobile.
Bruce Wayne and Damien Wayne are still adjusting to life working together as Batman and Robin. Bruce doubts his son's ability to reframe from killing when stopping crime. A new villain appears in town, the Owl Court. Bruce's father's told him about the Owl's Court as a kid. The court looks to recruit Damien as part of their plan, and the doubt between father and son causes an opportunity. Will Batman and Robin step up to the challenge or will their lack of trust cause them to fall apart?
"Sometime terrible things happen. They just happen.".
Jay Oliva, director of Justice League: War, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns 1 & 2, Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox, Doctor Strange, Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow, and Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, delivers Batman vs. Robin. The storyline for this picture begins very intensely and is well done and slows down a little as the picture progresses. The animation is very well done and the voices fit the characters well.
"Sometimes you have to have a little faith.".
I have been watching these movies as released. I recently purchased this DVD and finally got around to watching it. I loved the beginning and thought the action was awesome. The film wasn't perfect and definitely slows down in points; but overall, this is definitely worth a viewing.
"Justice, not vengeance.".
