Review of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) by Brendan%20 P — 18 Nov 2017
This movie was an incredible disappointment, Jessie Eisenberg is all over the place with his jittery interpretation of Lex Luther. The CGI is overused, causing some fight scenes to seem comedic at best.
The plot is incoherent in the ethics of fighting crime, and despite being called Batman v. Superman, the two only actually fight for less than ten minutes. The movie's only saving grace is Ben Affleck's surprisingly good Batman.
Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman definitely works, but seems more as an afterthought, and the final nail in the coffin is one word "Martha".
