Review of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) by Luke R — 25 Jun 2017

Not the best overal movie I've ever seen but it was one of the most entertaining. To start out I have to say that I watched the Ultimate Edition which has gotten a much better reeport so dont compare my revew to the regular version.

First the story was reely good with the world starting to see super man as a possible enemy and Lex Luthor getting batman and superman to fight. Wonder woman had an intresting plot in this movie she was kinda meant to be a mistery, and her good performance in this movie gave her a good fan base for her stand alone movie.

Ben Afleck did great as the Batman and yes he killed people but he did'nt kill them just to kill them he had a reason for for killing the people that he killed in the movie the main reason was self difence and the other was to save the life of Martha, and with the car scene the cars fliped crashed and blew up and people died but do you seiriosly think batman could get the kryptonite without distorying the enemy's vehicles.

Finaly Superman he was too stern faced and less happy and bright faced well when you have the world thinking your the most superpowered criminal on the face of the earth and a madman named Lex Luthor has continualy framed you how happy would you be? Superman had good reson not to smile.

The action scense in this movie were great. The fight between Batman and Superman was good and they were fighting for a good reason. Superman already thought that batman was just bad news and then Lex Luthor tells superman that he wants batman's life for the life of superman's mom, amd Batman thinks that superman is a villian who is a threat to the world superman was the one acused of the killings in Africa, he was suspected to have something to do with the explosion of the court house, Batman had the dreems of superman taking over the world, and then superman thretens batman, not to mention in the begining of the fight superman walked into batman's booby traps and dicided to throw batman 100 feet away.

Finaly the villains Lex Luthor I liked beacause the somewhat long red hair was actualy from some of the comics as well as Lex being younger. Ok in some scense Lex was a little wierd but that was kinda the idea that he is crazzy and overal he had a pretty good plan and was a clever and smart villain with a intressting bsck story, being an orfan inheriting his fathers bisness and then you think why did he want superman dead and why did he ceep so many files of the metahumans? Maby metahumans had somthing to do with his parent's death? Doomsday was sweet! A verry worthy villain for the first three Justice leage members to fight.

This movie was dark but it was not too dark and it defanatly was not as dark as batman returns this movie just needed more than 3-6 jokes. In the end this movie satisfied me perfectly.
