BVS falls very flat of what was expected of it, DC's 2 big heroes collide for pretty average reasons, but the upside to an average first half of the film was that the second half was amazing, full of spectacular action sequences that Zack Snyder always brings to the table.
The Ultimate Edition would receive a 3.5/5 rating for me. The film brings together the Trinity, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman shines through out the film, although sparingly used until the fight against the colossal doomsday.
Overall a good watch if you can forgive the first half.
