Review of Batman: Under the Red Hood (2010) by Steven W — 17 Apr 2016
My Batfandom led me directly to this animated movie from 2010. It's all about Jason Todd (one of the most scandalous of Robins) and, well, it pretty much has to do with all the stories I've previously heard a ton of times already, thanks to the Arkham Knight video game, and the Death in the Family and Killing Joke stories.
So I knew, more or less, what was going to happen the entire time I was watching. It was still cool to see it acted out though (well, animated out) and I always enjoy sharpening up my knowledge of the caped crusaders mythos.
It was a decent enough movie if you're already deep into Batman-verse. Probably not so much if you're just an average Christopher Nolan or Tim Burton Batfan, however.
