Review of Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) by Joseph O — 24 Jul 2016
While, I can see why some critics and fans were a bit disappointed with the version of the Killing Joke that was made, with it's first act feeling completely disjointed and having nothing to do with the source material(especially a certain scene in particular), Once the actual part of the Killing Joke is in, it's spectacular.
Hell, even though the first act isn't really well connected to the actual plot of the book, It's still a pretty enjoyable act and I was pretty surprised how well the people in my theater reacted to it, especially when I heard about the controversy.
Non the less, if you love the past DC animated movies they've been releasing on Home Video, you'll love this one.
