Muddled down by a poor first act that does nothing to enhance the best Batman/ Joker story, the movie still nonetheless benefits from having source material from Alan Moore and returning voice actors Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill, with the latter reminding his interpretation is the best Joker ever portrayal stands above the rest.
