Opens with a weak storyline to include more Batgirl really hurts this great graphic novel. With all the great villains in the DC catalogue why focus 20 minutes on someone so annoying and dumb for Batgirl to follow?

Once the prologue is over we finally get to the Joker. The movie follows the book the rest of the way and it even ends very ambiguous just like the original story. Kudos to following the story, however I feel the over stuffed beginning really hurt this movie. I'd much rather have seen a stripped down 40 minute version without the crap beginning.
