Review of Batman: The Killing Joke (2016) by Josue H — 27 Aug 2016
Not your modern-day Batman cartoon. This is for those who read the comics and not just watches mainstream portrayals like Brave & Bold or lighthearted series. Comics are twice as dark and so this movie is in that category.
The only negative thing about the film adaptation is that the prologue feels tacked on, but it sheds information on why the Bat-family split up (Nightwing & Batgirl). The voices & how closely it sticks to source material is nostalgic.
