Review of Batman Returns (1992) by Ian M — 07 Jul 2014

Here is my reaction to this movie: WHAT THE SERIOUS FUCK? The Penguin is weird and not at all like the comics, and what's more, he (get this) MIND CONTROLS PENGUINS TO TAKE OVER THE CITY. Apart from that complete weirdness, the acting is great, the design is great, the story is great, and overall, though not nearly as good as the first, Tim Burton and Michael Keaton succeed in creating an excellent sequel to an absolute masterpiece.

Sadly, it all goes downhill from here...
